30 days to decide. If the device is not right for you, tell us within 30 calendar days after delivery. You do not need to give a reason. This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.
Start a return or withdrawal
Email info@earthtempo.com with your name, order number and the item you wish to return. You can also use our online withdrawal form; no account sign-in is required. A clear statement that you wish to cancel or return is sufficient. You do not need our prior approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.
Our team supplies the correct return address and instructions by email. The return destination may be in China or the United States. Please obtain the correct address before sending a parcel. The business mailing address shown on the website is not a return address. We provide return routing promptly and do not shorten your rights by delaying instructions.
Condition and return timing
You may unpack and reasonably inspect the device. For our voluntary 30-day policy, return it in good condition with the included cable and accessories. Use the original packaging where possible, or suitable protective packaging. We do not require unopened packaging for a change-of-mind return. Excessive use, damage or missing items may result in a reasonable, explained deduction for diminished value where the law permits.
Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us of your return or withdrawal. If our instructions are delayed, we will allow a reasonable extension. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping the receipt as evidence of return.
Return costs and original shipping
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return-postage cost, including international postage if the assigned return destination is China. Contact us before purchasing if you need information about return routing and likely carrier costs. There is no restocking fee.
Under our voluntary 30-day policy, the original $12 shipping charge is not refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or the law requires a refund. If the original shipment was free, we do not deduct an outbound shipping fee. Statutory withdrawal refunds include standard outbound delivery charges where required by law.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us if a product arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match the order. Photos and a description can help us investigate, but do not replace your legal rights. Where we are responsible, we arrange or cover the necessary return cost and provide the repair, replacement or refund required by applicable law. The 30-day change-of-mind period does not cut off statutory rights for faulty goods.
Refund timing and method
We inspect returns promptly and issue approved voluntary-return refunds within 14 calendar days after receiving the item. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you agree otherwise without additional cost. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. We will explain any deduction or refusal and how to contact us if you disagree.
EU and UK statutory withdrawal rights
Where applicable, you may withdraw from an online goods purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, then return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, including the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery we offered. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Extra costs for a premium delivery service you selected need not be refunded. You pay direct return postage unless we agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty. Any permitted deduction is limited to diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
Our current standard device is not personalised. Any statutory exceptions apply only where legally valid and disclosed before purchase. Mandatory guarantees and other remedies remain available even when they are more generous than this policy.
Optional withdrawal notice
You may use the online form, or email: “To Aura Velvet INC / Earth Tempo, info@earthtempo.com: I give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of , order [number], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date].” This template is optional; any clear withdrawal statement is accepted.
Cancellations and exchanges
Email us as soon as possible to cancel before dispatch. If already dispatched, follow the return process. For an exchange, contact us to discuss availability and the applicable return or replacement arrangement. Import charges you believe were incorrectly collected should be reported to us so we can resolve them under our Shipping Policy.
