These terms apply to purchases from and use of earthtempo.com. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Using the store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian where permitted. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and keep any account credentials secure. Do not misuse the website, introduce harmful code, interfere with other users or use the service unlawfully.
Products, images and pricing
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The product page identifies the item and included accessories. Lifestyle photographs illustrate suggested settings; furniture and decorative props are not included. Colour may vary with lighting and screen settings. Product specifications take precedence over styling images.
The amount charged by our store, including the applicable shipping charge and any taxes we collect, is displayed before you place an order. Earth Tempo covers import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges for delivery to the destination offered at checkout. Customers should not be asked to pay these import charges separately on arrival. If a carrier requests them, contact info@earthtempo.com before making a payment.
If a material price, description or stock error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer a correction or cancellation with a refund. We do not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.
Orders and payments
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt; it does not guarantee acceptance. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch, subject to any earlier acceptance required by applicable law. Fulfilment depends on payment authorisation and availability. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as an unavailable item, failed payment, suspected fraud or a destination we cannot lawfully serve. We will explain the issue where appropriate and refund payments for any order we cannot fulfil. We do not offer recurring charges or subscriptions for the current device.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders ship from China within two calendar days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Estimated transit time is 7–10 calendar days after dispatch. Shipping is free worldwide on merchandise subtotals of $119 or more after discounts; otherwise shipping is $12. See the Shipping Policy for delivery and customs details.
If we cannot meet a promised dispatch date, we will notify you and provide any legally required choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a refund. Delivery estimates do not remove your rights when an order is late or not delivered. We remain responsible for the order until it is delivered to you, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.
Cancellations, returns and faulty items
Contact info@earthtempo.com promptly to request a cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return process applies. Our 30-day change-of-mind return policy is in addition to statutory rights. Return destinations may be in China or the United States; our support team supplies the appropriate address by email. Review the Returns Policy before purchasing for return costs, conditions and refund timing.
Product use
Use the device only as described in the supplied instructions. The device is intended for personal exploration and everyday rituals, not for diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing a disease. We do not promise a health result. Follow electrical safety instructions and keep the device away from water. These statements do not exclude rights relating to product safety, quality or conformity.
Website content and external services
Website text, images and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use them to browse and purchase from the store, but may not reproduce them commercially without permission or another lawful basis. External services have their own terms and privacy notices; using them does not waive your rights against us for our own obligations.
Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights for faulty or misdescribed goods, fraud or injury caused by negligence. Any applicable mandatory protections in your country of residence remain available. These terms do not require compulsory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Contact us first with an order number and a description of the problem so we can seek a resolution; this does not prevent you from using a regulator, court or other lawful remedy.
Changes and contact
Updates apply to future use and orders. The terms accepted when you place an order continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.
