Worldwide shipping
Orders of $119 USD or more: free shipping.
Orders below $119 USD: $12 shipping per order.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding any taxes and shipping. Available delivery options and any shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery
Delivery is estimated at 7–10 calendar days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Transit can take longer because of customs, public holidays, remote destinations or carrier disruptions.
We will notify you when your order is dispatched. Please check that your shipping address and email are correct before placing an order. If you need to change an address, email us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
International deliveries
Customs procedures and any import duties or taxes depend on the destination. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown there. If your local authority requests a payment on arrival, contact us with the notice so we can help clarify your order.
Delayed or missing orders
If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking shows a problem, email info@earthtempo.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
Returns
