A straightforward delivery promise: free worldwide shipping on orders of $119 or more, and $12 shipping on orders below $119. All amounts are in USD.
Shipping rates
The free-shipping threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and any separately displayed taxes. Available destinations and the final shipping charge appear at checkout. We do not add a separate handling fee.
Where orders ship from and when
Orders ship from China. We dispatch within two calendar days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed. If an item cannot be dispatched within the promised time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
Estimated delivery
Transit is estimated at 7–10 calendar days after dispatch. Calendar days include weekends. The dispatch period is separate from transit time. Customs checks, carrier disruption or an incorrect address can cause delays; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Your legal rights for delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.
Tracking and delivery support
When your order is dispatched, we send shipment information and tracking details where provided by the carrier. Tracking may take time to update after handover. If delivery is overdue, tracking appears incorrect, or a parcel is shown as delivered but missing, email info@earthtempo.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution.
Import duties and taxes
Earth Tempo bears the import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges for delivery to the destination offered at checkout. You should not have to pay these import charges separately on arrival. If a carrier or customs agent requests payment, contact info@earthtempo.com before paying so we can resolve it. Any taxes collected directly by our store are displayed before the order is placed.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery details before ordering. Email us promptly to request a correction or cancellation before dispatch. Changes may not be possible after dispatch; we will explain the available options. If a parcel is returned because of an address or delivery issue, we will contact you before arranging a new shipment or an applicable refund. We do not automatically treat an undelivered order as completed.
Worldwide shipping is subject to lawful import and carrier service availability. If a destination becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfil. We remain responsible for the shipment until delivery to you, subject to mandatory local rules and any carrier you independently appoint.

See the Returns Policy for our 30-day change-of-mind return process. Returns may be directed to China or the United States; support provides the appropriate address privately by email. Do not send a return to our business mailing address.
